As a licensed contractor Dream Room Design can take care of your entire project.  In most cases this will include design, engineering, permitting, manufacturing, building a new floor or concrete slab, installation of the room and electrical.

However, sometimes a customer will know how to wire and won't need us to provide the electrical.  Sometimes a brother does concrete and can pour the slab.  Sometimes the customer can build the new floor if given the engineered drawings.  And sometimes the customer just wants the sunroom and he will install the entire job himself.  The great thing about Dream Room Design is you get to choose.
